We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from us. However, if you wish to return the item to us for a refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase with the exclusion of mobile phones. 

The customer will need to retain the receipt as a proof of purchase. The exemption from this is if the item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase.

Your return needs to be accepted, and we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted because we won't be able to track them.

Since Postage and Packaging can't be refunded when an item is returned to us, the return fee is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customer to retain the proof of return until they have received a refund from us. We hope you understand.

Please note the following regarding refunds for mobile phones:

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty:

All mobile phones sold by us are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty ensures that the manufacturer is responsible for addressing any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues that arise during the warranty period. Apple warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and Samsung warranty is valid 2 years from the date of purchase. 

2. Refunds and Returns:

As mobile phones are protected under the manufacturer's warranty, we are unable to process refunds or returns for these devices. Any issues with the product should be directed to the manufacturer for support and resolution.

3. Contacting the Manufacturer:

To resolve any warranty-related concerns, please contact the manufacturer directly, and their support team will assist.

Damages and issues

Refunds

Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will notify you notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
